Commerce instead of a local agency.
This resulted in tougher than usual
scheduling for inspections. As the
ninth project for Trilogy Health
Services unfolded some minor changes
were implemented to the prototypical
design of the facility which required
quick field decisions to be made.
In spite of these challenges the new
building was turned over 30 days
