Every Douglas Company subcontractor has the right to:
- Fair and equitable treatment.
- Have telephone calls returned within a 24-hour period.
- Regular job progress meetings and published meeting minutes.
- An introduction to The Douglas Company's project team, including their specific responsibilities and notification of any changes that may occur during the project.
- Updated schedules as needed.
- A fair opportunity to contract work after turnover by estimating.
- An executed change order prior to additional work
- Notification of necessary corrective action prior to issuance of back charges.
- Diligent collection of final retention by The Douglas Company.
- Notification of changes or deficiencies in billings within a week of receipt.
