Every Douglas Company subcontractor has the right to:

  • Fair and equitable treatment.
  • Have telephone calls returned within a 24-hour period.
  • Regular job progress meetings and published meeting minutes.
  • An introduction to The Douglas Company's project team, including their specific responsibilities and notification of any changes that may occur during the project.
  • Updated schedules as needed.
  • A fair opportunity to contract work after turnover by estimating.
  • An executed change order prior to additional work
  • Notification of necessary corrective action prior to issuance of back charges.
  • Diligent collection of final retention by The Douglas Company.
  • Notification of changes or deficiencies in billings within a week of receipt.
