It's amazing what leadership can provide to the atmosphere of a senior living facility.  I had the opportunity of touring three facilities with clients recently and it was a wonderful experience.  Staff and residents were happy, food was great, activities were everywhere, and it was the kind of environment anyone would want to be in when they want assistance.
