Taking Care of Mom

I had the opportunity to tour two facilities built for two different clients in the recent past.  Both facilities were similar in construction, but they were markedly different two and a half years after opening.  One was bright and cheerful, the other was sloppy.  The care was evident at the first, and when I asked the Administrator of the bright, cheerful facility how she did so well, she claimed that she and their staff just consider it "taking care of Mom". What could be more important?
