Trends in Senior Living

I'm often asked what has changed in the last few years in senior living construction.  And I'm often asked by friends if I could build a project that they will want to live in 25 or 30 years down the road.  It's easy to outline how the industry has changed, and interesting to think about how it will change.  But more than anything, it seems that many people don't understand the wonderful facilities that exist now, and the care given in these facilities, with executive chefs, 24 hour "room service" for food, enthusiastic staff, 5 star hotel like decor, and creative activities.
