A licensed Professional Engineer, Ron Siebenaler graduated from the University of Toledo with a BS and MS in Civil Engineering. He joined The Douglas Company out of college and moved up through the ranks from Project Coordinator to Project Manager. Following a stint with another company, Ron returned to The Douglas Company and advanced to his current position. He is active in the community serving his church on several committees. He's also been a Director at the Westside Montessori School, and The Neighborhood Improvement Foundation of Toledo.
