Life Insurance - Provides for a certain level of financial help to an Associate's beneficiary in the event of death while employed by the Company.
Incentive Compensation Plan, including Profit Sharing & Bonuses - Plan provides for an annual discretionary benefit, based on Company profitability, and for obtaining Company goals and provides for the Associate's personal retirement needs.
401(k) Plan - Allows Associates to save money on a pre-tax basis for retirement.
Premium Conversion Plan - Provides for Associates to pay for health and dental insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis; therefore, reducing the Associate's current costs.
Paid Vacation - Associates are provided annually with a specified number of paid days off, based on length of service with the Company.
Sick Days - An adequate number of days are provided annually to cover illnesses.

Short Term Disability - Discretionary short term disability is available in the event a serious
health matter arises.Long Term Disability - Associates are provided with a disability benefit that provides for continuation of a certain percentage of earnings in the event of a long-term disability.
Wellness Program - The Company shares in the annual membership cost of an area fitness center, provided the Associate maintains a minimum monthly usage of the center.
