Design Services Company, Inc. was started in 1976 as the design subsidiary of The Douglas Company. It has been ably run by Mike L. Bettinger, who has been with the firm since 1979.

Operating from minimal information, Design Services is able to perform the following services:

Complete site investigations, advising of development problems with your site. A copy of our site investigation format is available for your information.
Preliminary engineering design, and provide a guaranteed maximum price at a very early stage in a project.
Complete civil engineering design, suitable for permitting and construction.
Permitting assistance through the various governmental agencies, expediting this for a rapid construction start.
Engineering of existing design in order to find more cost-effective engineering layout solutions to make your project feasible.

We don't charge for the preliminary work performed by Design Services until the feasibility and success of your project are confirmed and we are asked to perform detailed engineering design for permitting and construction purposes.
