Ron graduated from the University of Toledo with a BS and MS in Civil Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He joined The Douglas Company following school and moved up through the ranks from a Project Coordinator to Project Manager. Following a stint with another company, Ron returned and progressed to his current position. He is active in the community serving his church on several committees, and has been a Director at the Westside Montessori School, and The Neighborhood Improvement Foundation of Toledo.
