I have recently completed a project with the Douglas Company as General Contractor in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Our project was a multi million-dollar independent senior living apartment complex. The Douglas Company proved to be extremely professional, skilled, and reliable.  As challenges arose throughout the project, they addressed them in a manner that is rarely found in today’s General Contractors.  They completed the work, suitable for occupancy, on schedule and within the agreed
to budget.

The Douglas Company’s approach to dealing with complex issue’s as they occurred, is a large part of the reason for my willingness to recommend them to others for future projects. On occasions where our project experienced difficulties with various city or state agencies they acted seamlessly to protect our best interests with results that were more than satisfactory.
