Pete,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to share with you what a joy it’s been to work with The Douglas Company on the new Sight Center of Northwest Ohio building.

Micah is an impressive project manager and Kyle seems to be a bright up-and-corner. All other TDC employees that I’ve met and worked with on this project have been nothing short of proficient and professional.

The creation of this building, from concept to substantial completion, was executed extremely well. I believe that can be attributed to the open communication, thorough coordination, and keen attention to detail which was displayed by the entire team. Furthermore, I have NEVER conducted a punch-list walk through with a building as correct, complete, and clean as this one was.

You should congratulate your team on a project well done! I know the Sight Center is extremely pleased with their new building. It was a joy to work with your entire team and I look forward to the next time we might share a project together.
