HarborChase of Stuart is a $27 million assisted living and memory care community situated on the St. Lucie River with a breath-taking waterfront location in Stuart, Florida. The Douglas Company worked with co-developers Confluent Development and Harbor Retirement Associates and designer Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. to create this stunning two-story, 127,798 square foot community.

With 134 units and countless high-end amenities, residents of HarborChase of Stuart will enjoy luxury features including a full-service commercial kitchen, multiple dining areas, a salon, massage room, wellness room, three interior courtyards complete with numerous fountains, a shade sail, a putting green, resident planting beds, a fire pit, and high-end interior finishes.
