The Douglas Company, General Contractor, is pleased to announce construction is underway at Carnegie Management & Development Corporation's newest Department of Veterans Affairs facility in Rochester, New York, with expected completion in Spring 2019. Designed by architects, DLR Group and Westlake Reed Leskosky, the 92,174-SF, the one-story outpatient clinic will support the nearly 70,000 veterans and their families in the Rochester area. The facility will provide a full range of healthcare services, including surgery rooms, an eye clinic, exam rooms, a dental clinic, radiology rooms, a pharmacy, and an ambulatory surgery center.
