This is like a 5 star Hotel!

I would love to live here!

These are some of the comments we hear from visitors and subcontractors who tour our completed Senior projects.

The projects we have been building have increasingly become more Hospitality oriented and full of features that potential residents and visitors find very appealing and desirable for anyone to want to live there.

We are finding our Senior Living projects to be high end from a level of finishes and full of features found in hospitality settings.  These features range from meals served in a restaurant like setting with made to order food preparation, Bistros, Indoor Pools, Exercise facilities, areas for respite like libraries and quiet alcoves, Theaters, Activities and craft areas, Card rooms and we are even finding wine bars and club room settings for the residents and guests to enjoy at their leisure.  Outdoor spaces abound with decks and balconies, putting greens, dog runs, outdoor grills for resident use and high-end well-appointed landscapes for resident enjoyment.  With all these features, new facilities are finding the time required to fill up of their projects is much faster with preleasing occurring almost when the ground is broken in some cases.

Senior Living facilities are becoming less of a place to retire, but more of a place to enjoy life to it’s fullest with most of your needs being fulfilled right within the confines of the facility itself.

All of these amenities and high end finishes come at a cost with many of our high-end projects running from $125-155/SF depending upon location and features included.  While these costs have increased over time as the features in many buildings have also increased, the end results are a quickly filled facility with residents and visitors alike who feel like they are on vacation every day they are at their new homes.
