The team worked closely with TLC Management, Inc. to complete the $34 million project in a timely and cost-effective manner. It was our second project with the owner. Cuhaci & Peterson Architects designed the spacious 158,971 square foot structure to seamlessly blend classic and contemporary design, creating a comfortable yet elegant ambiance. Boasting 201 units with multiple layout options for residents to choose from and variety of amenities and activity centers, the community is well-equipped to accommodate residents of all kinds.
