Challenges & Solutions
An incredibly tight site called for materials to be stored nearby, not on site as usual. A significantly sized retention wall needed to be built to preserve additional space for the facility. Late refinements needed to be made to the structure to allow for an additional 20 beds. Severe winter conditions did not impact the schedule and the building was completed in an astounding 4.5 months!
