With a total contract value of $67.3 million, this project is the largest in our company’s history—a true milestone reflecting our continued leadership in senior living construction.
The expansive 316,900-square-foot development features three thoughtfully designed buildings: a four-story independent living facility with 151 units, a three-story assisted living building with 78 units, and a two-story memory care residence with 32 units. Each structure is purpose-built to offer comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant sense of community tailored to the needs of its residents.
