The Douglas Company, General Contractor, announced the completion of The Wellbridge of Pinckney Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Community in Pinckney, Michigan. The 100-bed, $13.5 million rehabilitation community took 13 months for construction to be completed, and is one of many projects that The Douglas Company has completed with the developer, The Wellbridge Group.
The luxurious 65,000-square-foot rehabilitation community was designed by JW Design and sits on approximately 40 acres just south of downtown Pinckney, Michigan. The main feature that sets Wellbridge of Pinckney apart from other communities is its state of the art physical and occupational rehabilitation room that is located in the heart of the building. The modern rehabilitation equipment utilized and the care provided by skilled associates provide unparalleled value to the residents. Other amenities and features that set Wellbridge of Pinckney apart are the contemporary decor and furnishings, extensive spa, massage parlor, large commercial kitchen with a full-time chef and accompanied staff, a bistro, a beautifully landscaped exterior with sidewalks that allow access to the entire site, and a Starbucks!
