Challenges & Solutions
Requiring specific needs for the visually impaired, the smallest details had to be critically analyzed and adapted for proper client needs. Due to an October 30th start and wet soil conditions, the race was on to lay asphalt before the plants closed in late November. On November 27th the paved surfaces were laid, just as planned.
