Challenges & Solutions
Initial poor site drainage created major obstacles early on in site development. Constant changes in the city’s drainage and erosion control added further challenges. Unique material selections caused sequencing of construction to be rethought. In spite of these challenges, the new building was turned over nearly 60 days ahead of schedule!
