The Douglas Company is proud to continue our partnership with Evergreen Real Estate Group and WJW Architects on Green Oaks of Walnut Creek, a four-story, 120-unit Affordable Assisted Living community in Columbus, Ohio. With a total contract value of $22 million, this project continues our ongoing work with Evergreen Real Estate Group and expands our experience delivering high-quality senior living communities throughout Ohio.
The thoughtfully planned 92,279-square-foot community will consist of 67 studio and 53 one-bedroom units and feature an extensive range of amenities designed to support resident wellness, engagement, and social connection. These spaces will include a main dining room, private dining room, bistro, commercial kitchen, sun rooms, computer lounge, library, activity room, game room, fitness room, TV lounge, art room, community room, salon, physical therapy area, resident laundry rooms, outdoor patios, covered porch, and gazebo. The community will also include accessible and sensory-impaired units, a covered porte cochere, and multiple outdoor gathering areas.
