The Douglas Company is proud to continue our partnership with Evergreen Real Estate Group and WJW Architects on Green Oaks of Fairborn, a four-story, 120-unit Affordable Assisted Living community in Fairborn, Ohio. With a total contract value of approximately $21.2 million, this project continues our ongoing work with Evergreen Real Estate Group and expands our experience delivering high-quality senior living communities throughout Ohio.
The thoughtfully planned community will feature a variety of amenities designed to support resident wellness, recreation, and social connection. These spaces will include a courtyard, library, fitness rooms, art rooms, a pond, outdoor recreation area, and gazebo. The four-story community will utilize metal panel framing as part of its construction.
