The Douglas Company is proud to continue our partnership with Vermilion Development and WJW Architects on Silver Birch of Painesville, a three-story, 120-unit affordable senior living communityin Painesville, Ohio. With a total contract value of approximately $18.6 million, this project continues our ongoing work with Vermilion Development and WJW Architects and expands our experience delivering high-quality senior living communities throughout Ohio.
Silver Birch of Mason marks the fifth project The Douglas Company has partnered with Vermilion Development is one of several collaborations with WJW Architects.
Spanning 90,431 square feet, the thoughtfully designed community will feature a variety of amenities designed to support resident wellness, recreation, and social connection. These spaces will include patios, a walking path and outdoor recreation area, community room, activity kitchen, dining room, private dining and conference room, game room, salon, wellness area, fitness room, puzzle lounge, physical therapy area, resident laundry rooms, and TV lounge.
