Midstream changes in state health department regulations forced a quick redesign of certain systems. Late selection of finishes by interior designer delayed schedule acceleration. The project began with only one day between a signed contract and FIDS expiration date. Removal of existing structures on the construction site and heavily wooded areas on half the site caused for a slower than usual start. After all this, the project was finished six weeks ahead of schedule!
