Challenges & Solutions
The lack of a local inspection agency meant the project would be inspected by the State of Ohio’s Department of Commerce instead of a local agency. This resulted in tougher than usual scheduling for inspections. As the ninth project for Trilogy Health Services unfolded some minor changes we implemented to the prototypical design of the community which required quick field decisions to be made. In spite of these challenges, the new building was turned over 30 days ahead of schedule!
