The Douglas Company is proud to partner with Vermilion Development and WJW Architects on Silver Birch Canton, a three-story, 120-unit affordable senior living community. With a total contract value of $18.2 million, the project will bring high-quality, affordable options to Ohio seniors as part of OHFA’s new affordable senior living initiative.
The 90,138-square-foot community is designed with resident comfort and lifestyle in mind. Amenities will include outdoor recreation with walking paths, gazebo, and a covered pavilion, a community room, game room, indoor/outdoor dining, physical therapy, library, and a fitness room.
