The Douglas Company is proud to partner with Vermilion Development and WJW Architects on Silver Birch Amherst, a three-story, 120-unit affordable senior living community. With a total contract value of $17 million, the project expands OHFA’s affordable senior living program, bringing needed housing and services to seniors in northern Ohio.
This thoughtfully planned 90,138-square-foot community will feature amenities that encourage wellness, connection, and engagement. Residents will enjoy outdoor recreation spaces with walking paths, gazebo, and a covered pavilion, as well as a community room, game room, indoor/outdoor dining, physical therapy, library, and a fitness room.
