Orlando, Florida, October 6, 2025 – The Douglas Company is proud to announce the promotion of Kevin Green to Vice President. Green, who has been with the company since 2007, has played a vital role in its continued success and growth.
Green joined The Douglas Company straight out of college as a Project Coordinator and has since advanced through nearly every level of project management. Over the years, he has served as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and most recently, Chief Estimator. In each role, Green has left a lasting impact, leading some of the company’s largest and most complex projects, securing record-breaking new project awards, and earning the respect and trust of clients, design professionals, and colleagues alike.

Reflecting on his promotion, Green shared: “I did not achieve this promotion on my own. From a young project coordinator out of college to where I am today, I have had countless mentors, coaches, and colleagues—more like friends and family—who have helped guide me. I would like to thank everyone at The Douglas Company, past and present, who has facilitated my development, my personal and professional growth, and in achieving this long-term career goal. I look forward to helping others achieve their career goals, just as others helped me achieve mine. We have many opportunities ahead of us, and I am excited to lead us in those opportunities. The hard work is never done, but that is what makes the accomplishments so much greater.”
As Vice President, Green will continue to provide leadership support to the Preconstruction department, while also returning to his operations roots by taking leadership over some of the company’s largest and most complex projects. He will also join The Douglas Company’s Executive Committee, contributing to the guidance of company strategy and vision.
