The Douglas Company is proud to partner with Vermilion Development and WJW Architects on Silver Birch Columbus, a three-story, 120-unit affordable senior living community. With a total contract value of $18.2 million, the project brings much-needed affordable housing and services to seniors in northern Ohio. Silver Birch Columbus marks the third project that The Douglas Company has worked with Vermilion Development on.
This thoughtfully planned 90,138-square-foot community will feature amenities that encourage wellness, connection, and engagement. Residents will enjoy outdoor recreation spaces with walking paths, gazebo, and a covered pavilion, as well as a community room, game room, indoor/outdoor dining, physical therapy, library, and a fitness room.
