Introducing Hunter Woods Apartments — Part of a Dynamic Residential Community

The Douglas Company is proud to partner with Hunter Woods Apartments LLC (also known as the Sloane Avenue Group) and Duneland Group, Inc. (Architect) to deliver the first phase of the new Hunter Woods residential community in La Porte, Indiana. As part of a broader development featuring single‑family homes, townhomes and apartments, TDC is responsible for building 32 of the community’s total 56 apartment units.

The scope includes two 2‑story apartment buildings (each building 16 units, 8 units per floor) totaling 28,324 square feet. The project holds a contract value of approximately $4.5 million, with projected completion in September 2026.
