Introducing Silver Birch Mason – Affordable Senior Living in Columbus, Ohio

The Douglas Company is proud to partner with Vermilion Development and WJW Architects on Silver Birch Mason, a three-story, 120-unit affordable senior living community. With a $19.3 million construction contract, the project will deliver much-needed affordable housing and supportive services for seniors in northern Ohio.

Silver Birch of Mason marks the fourth project The Douglas Company has completed with Vermilion Development and the sixth collaboration with WJW Architects.

Spanning 90,662 square feet, the thoughtfully designed community will include a wide range of amenities such as outdoor patios, walking paths and recreation areas, a community room, activity kitchen, dining and private dining spaces, game room, salon, wellness and fitness areas, puzzle lounge, physical therapy space, laundry rooms, and a TV lounge.
