AHEPA 100 Phase II offers residents thoughtfully designed one-bedroom, one-bath units featuring ample closet space and living rooms with kitchenettes. The community includes a range of onsite amenities such as two residential laundry rooms, a shared kitchen, community and multi-purpose rooms, a wellness and exercise area, a back patio, and a front porte cochere — all designed to support an engaging and comfortable living experience.
Throughout construction, The Douglas Company delivered $63,804 in value-engineering savings to ownership after contract and navigated several project challenges to maintain schedule and quality. These included managing winter construction conditions, coordinating closely with the utility company to avoid delays in permanent power, and acclimating portions of the building to begin finishes before framing was fully complete. TDC’s proactive approach — including consistent communication and risk-management strategies — kept ownership informed and contributed to the project’s overall success.
