Orlando, FL – February 12th, 2026 – The Douglas Company is proud to announce the promotion of Jeremy Bartolovitch to Executive Vice President, Southeast. This milestone reflects both the continued growth of the company’s Southeast Division and Jeremy’s elevated leadership in guiding that expansion.
Jeremy began his career with The Douglas Company in 2008 as a Project Coordinator. Over the past 17 years, he has advanced through roles including Project Estimator, Senior Estimator, and Chief Estimator before being named Vice President of the Southeast Division in 2020. In that role, he has overseen the construction and successful delivery of projects throughout the region while leading operations from the company’s Orlando office.
Unlike previous leaders of the Southeast Division who joined the company from outside the organization, Jeremy rose through the ranks at The Douglas Company — a reflection of the firm’s commitment to developing leaders from within. His promotion to Executive Vice President acknowledges not only his tenure and accomplishments, but the level of leadership he brings to a rapidly growing division.
